immaculate room walkable location stale pastries impolite staff

the room was immaculate and provided a clean environment. the walkable location allowed easy access to the subway shops and restaurants

the brasserie pastries were dry and stale. i also noticed some staff were not particularly polite

The room was very nice and cozy. Breakfast was really good and offered a great variety. I was also given complimentary water when i checked out, it was a thoughtful touch.

The towels in the bathroom were quite thin.

underwhelming stay, high price

warm room impolite staff

i was disappointed. the room was much too warm, even with the temperature set to cool. they use "air movement" instead of proper air conditioning. this did nothing to lower the room temperature. also, some of the staff weren't very polite . it didn't feel like a great value for the price paid.
